Store Credit now makes an item free when entering a new shop instead of when the trinket is destroyed.

Beth's Faith and Essence chance to spawn a wisp on room clear reduced from 25% to 12.5%.
Broken Padlock now turns key pickups into bomb pickups.
Isaac's Fork now makes beggars and shopkeepers drop a full red heart when killed.
