- Tried improving things and added sum checks here and there.
- Added a convar to control the world model lasers rendering.
- Added a convar to control the start and ending sprites.

- Hopefully stopped weapons with no attachments having lasers.
- Added internal blacklist. Physgun, Stunstick, and VJ Base RPG are currently in it.
- ARC9 weapons with the class Melee now don't have lasers anymore.

- Fixed laser contacting with the sky.
- Added convar for the laser to only appear when aiming down sight. (ARC9 Only)

- The distance of the laser can be customised, with the default range being 4000 units.
- Improvements.
- The thickness of the laser beam can be customized.
- Fixed laser clipping through the wall/start and end going through walls if the player's weapon is pressed right up against it.
