Somersault Polish

* Action Button - Somersault (Grounded Down Special);
~Sparkle indicating the action chance changed from SPARKLE_FASTFALL to SPARKLE_LIGHT, and also repositioned
~Bash Sparks added infront of Sonic to also indicate this change
?Action Chance moved one frame earlier
"This should make activating the Somersault Kick/Backflip a lot easier both in reaction and execution, which will hopefully be very nice

minor balance adjustments

- Startup of Neutral Air increased slightly
- Initial hitbox of Neutral Air tucked in a bit
- Hurtboxes of Neutral Air extended a tiny bit
"this should prevent stealing peoples combos and making them yours now, a little bit

- Startup of Forward Air increased by 1 frame

Airdash Hotfix 3 & Down Air
(this is the last one i promise)

= Sonic the Hedgehog (Fighter)

+ Landing with Down Air during an Airdash will still play the stomp animation
-apparently, a change was made so that airdash_land_whiff overrides every landing animation.

Airdash not-so-hotfix hotfix

= Sonic the Hedgehog (Fighter)

? Airdash cancelling behavior tweaked a little more for truedash_UU and truedash_DD
- so the hotfix i just pushed works really nicely except for the straight up/straight down airdashes. so this implements another new thing to make momentum preservation out of Those work better.

Airdash Not-So-Hotfix

= Sonic the Hedgehog (Fighter)

? Airdash cancelling behavior reworked
- sometime between last patch and now, some engine change made it so that instead of preserving momentum out of an airdash, Sonic halted dead in his tracks and kindof "floated" for a bit, which i've only now noticed. I've re-written the code a little bit; this should not only make cancelling out of an airdash function as intended once more, but also maybe hopefully prevent it from being messed up again in the future. i hope.

what do you mean "platforms can move"

= Sonic the Hedgehog (Fighter)

? Up Strong - due to unattaching from floors - acted very strangely when a platform suddenly appeared afterwards, ending the move a lot earlier than it should. This is more of a band-aid fix than one that Looks Good, but the move functions as it should now.
(For more specifics; added LandType.NONE during the duration of the hitboxes.)

+ A new color has appeared! Enjoy the new "Final Fantasy" color as you fight! In honor of a real one.

~ Trick Action (Air Dash)'s Forwards and Backwards variants all updated slightly to keep speed more consistent. The change should be very very minimal!

C-Stick Update!

= Sonic the Hedgehog (Fighter)

+Using aerials via the C-Stick out of an Airdash, and doing the follow-up kick during Down Special using C-Specials should work correctly.
+Also, Tap Jump functionality was polished for Spin Dash and Action Button - Somersault.
