* Fix: Fixed an issue that may throw an exception when using dropdown.

* Fix: Mod translation will fall back to the English version if the translation for the current language is unavailable.
* Fix: Fixed an issue that the dropdown list will be masked by the config UI container.
* Fix: A Layout in HLayout will now align with the top instead of the center.
