v0.6.0

  • Removed damage by water to trim pump. Trimpump also works under water.
  • IronCoffings: Restored Dismantel for spare parts. You can now again dismantel equipment to get salvage parts. To do so you need to have a engineer selected for the action to appear. Also you'll need an engineer with the skill ""Salvager"" to create out of salvage parts new replacement parts at the workbench.
  • Fixed bug noise stays active. When a game was saved with rapairs ongoing, that noise would load again and never disappear. This is fixed now.
  • Hatches don't get water damage or pressure damage, instead they start leaking after after exceeding its indicated design pressure (10 bar for normal hatches, 16 bar for central bilge hatches).
  • Hatches won't open again after pressure on the opening side is too high. I used realistic values for trained human which is capable of opening a door with about 500 Newton (0.005 bar) of force. You can tripple the force to 1500 Newton by assigning 2 sailors to the executing officer.
  • It is possible to equalize pressure on hatches that are blocked by pressure. The pressure equalization for water uses 2 pipes with 15 cm radius. So be aware if there is more water incoming through a leak than water fits through that pipes, you'll never get that hatch open again.
  • Various Sounds added: Valve turning sounds, airflow sounds, waterflow sounds.
  • Translations added for English German Polish French Italian Spanish Russian Chinese Korean Turkish Portuguese Czech Japanese.

v0.4.1

  • Fix progress stays at 0% even there is someone repairing. Now the repair status should be always reflected.
  • Mod not initialized on new game starts. When you would start a new game, the mod was not working. Only after the first save / reload it would work.
  • Fix a game bug when boat sits on invisible seaground and starts jumping up like 5 to 10 meters and sinks again to the ground to repeat the process. The mod now ignores those jumps and does not leak again and again.

  • Leaks display progress directly on the tooltip.
  • TrimpPump displays its potential performance in m3/min and if water in compartments the estimated time to remove it from the boat.
  • TrimpPump works up to specific value (arcade around 300m, realistic around 160m). After this depth the trim pump will be operated manually (not animated but indicated by ""Manual"" tooltip text) and provides an almost stable small performance (also configurable).
  • You can specify own values for any relevant function of the mod in the mod's datasheet DeepLeaksConfig.xlsx. Default is an arcade preset which is less realistic but more action play. You can easily switch it to a realistic preset or change individual values for each sub available in the game. See how to adjust the values here: How to configure

- Progress on repairs are not lost when a repair men get ordered to something else. Vanilla game does loose the progress once the position is left and start from scratch.

DeepLeaks v0.2.0:
- Respect reload of the game. Since a reload is kind of a cheat, I added a mechanism to protect the boat from more leaks (about 20minutes game time (fades linerar)) by adding a much weaker probability leaks appear. That way the rage reload does not do any harm.
- Respect Uboat Type and its hull crush depth. Before the leaks started after a certain depth (I was testing with Type VII). Now there are diffrent starting points depending on the uboat type.
- Repairs respect progress. The more progress a repair has, the smaler the leak. This effect is applied on all leaks (not only DeepLeaks leaks). You'll see an information "DeepLeaks (javascript:SaveChanges()Beign repaired): ..." on hover over the leak.

DeepLeaks v0.1.0:
- Mod is savegame compatible (will work with any save game).
- Removes random defeat message when boat "implodes" and the game does not end instantly. You now can fight until you don't see any more chance to get up to the surface or until everyone really died.
- TrimPump: Trimp pump works up to over 300m depth (efficency reduced by pressure)
- Rebreather holds about 3x times longer
- Leaks: There three types of leaks:
Pipes (yellow leaks): which fail more often (from about 160m on), leak a bit water and can be fixed without any replacement parts.
Hatches (red leaks): Do fail rarely (from about 240m on), leak a stronger amount of water and need replacement parts to fix.
Holes (red leaks): Do fail in very deep water (from about 300m on) and are most probably your end. Do need replacement parts for fixing.
