Fixed some typo error on sd-10 config file

Fixed- Divergence between ordered depth and executed depth (I think what I did is a bandaid, the devs are working on the issue)

Fixed- UMGT-1 submunition of RPK-6 disappearing from the tactical map after being released.

- Refined the periscope depth.

- Now the Dragchute of the UMGT-1s released by RPK-6/7 will stay attached to the Torpedo for much longer, until it reaches 90° in relation to the surface, more compatible with the extremely parabolic flight profile.

- Changed the passive range description of the mgk-540 towed array to 30km, more compatible with its gain level.
