In this update, I have added new advisors for the country of Kelnia. Now, Kelnia has an Economic Advisor, Valeriu Ignatov; an Administrative Advisor, Filosof Makar; a Military Advisor, Gusanov; and General Mizintsev. You can see all of them in the Modern World scenario. Additionally, I have updated the mod's cover in Steam. v1.2 ❤
