- Fixed a bug when pushback effect was still active on incapacitated bots. Now incapacitated bots won't be pushed back by the witch.

- Fixed the bug where bots will be thrown in the air when they're approaching a witch on the lower ground. I tested several times in map 3 of Hard Rain with sitting witches, & bots no longer got thrown in the air.

- Added a special condition on a sitting witch. Previously, the pushback only worked effectively on a wandering witch, while bots could still trigger a sitting witch as she was more sensitive & easier to get angry. Now, bots will be pushed back earlier to the safe radius (twice the range of that of the wandering witch) when the sitting witch starts to get angry, & the radius will be back to normal once she calms down.

- Fixed a bug where an incapacitated bot could still be pushed back when witch was chasing. Now, incapacitated bots won't be pushed back.
