added custom SH-2G Super Seasprite. It has a different, much better radar and FLIR for better VID. Added Custom Penguin Mk3, agm-65G, Mk-50 Torpedo and usn_ssq-53d Sonarboy.

STIR (SPG-62) is now primary sensor for Mk13 (SM2) Launcher. First Target track is now more reliable. Previously STIR was secondary to mk92, so the first 3 tracks were less reliable then the 4th.
