  • Fixed broken game rule for low member mandate progress penalty
Balance:
  • Reduced Entrenched Elite's max political power and investment modifiers from 50% to 25% and authority per manor house from 0.2 to 0.1
  • Chivalrous Pursuit armed forces approval reduces from 5 to 2, political strength of officers multiplier reduced from 200% to 100%, and increased manoeuvres decreased from 25 to 10

Principle nerfs:
  • Antitrust Commission's extra companies reduced from 2 to 1 and extra Shopkeeper IP efficiency reduced from 30% to 15%
  • Unified Bond Market changed to -5% loan interest rate and -0.75% loan interest rate per independent Power Bloc member (caps at -15%)

Compatibility:
  • No longer overwrites the base Power Bloc history file
