Fixed hole 7's log plume placement issues. Gave hole 5 more hole in one potential. Fixed some placing of ball barriers. Added more boosters to hole 18 for a more reliable hole in one.

Fixed hole 6 so its hole in oneable. Fixed the top plateau of hole 7 so there's no gaps.

Fixed spacing and difficulty issues with hole 7. Removed water on the top plateau.

Removed the pirate ship cannon for reliability problems and made hole 13 easier to complete.

Fixed hole 11's spawn to line up nicer with the island.

Changed hole 7's water from no-reset to reset water so players don't stroke out.
