Fixed some more bugs, and added TWO new areas that will require teleportation entities or MapPatcher, these were added solely for my servers usage.

1. Ventrun = A massive conglomerate of vents, used for a mini event.

2. Advisorial Room = A room from i17_v3 that is simply an office for someone very important.
