Removed class from AWC rolls. I already built them a custom pool so there is no need for the second pool giving random, completely useless or obsurd skills.

Added "Target Definition" to the Scout's level 1 proficiency.

Forgot to add bondmate conceal passive to level 1, its there now, bondmates will recieve reduced detection radius.

Fixed localization of Prof Perk to reflect these changes.

Scout Mastery GTS now have a proper cost and rank requirement. No more freebies!

COMPLETE REWORK OF CLASS. Now more focused on what its job is suppose to be - scouting. Has a few new tricks to use when the time is right.

Fixed any potential issues using abilities for the Gremlin in the pistol slot. (no need for slot assignment mod anymore)

Note the new requirements.
