Adjusted the audio bitrate and length to match the original source. Should fix bug with hunting rifle sound.

-After making the sounds quiter, made them a little bit louder again (but not as loud as before)

Added an extra second of silence at the end of the audio, which should prevent an annoying sound glitch from sometimes happening.
