A small update adding a torn ad for CGE Factory building.

It was a request, but later I realized that the game already has a different kind of ad for CGE factory. Oh well, now there's two :)

1.5 update
- Manually redrew all elements of Camp Arthur flier.
- Used more credits and a combination of Photoshop Upscale, Stable diffusion and manual edits to significantly (in my opinion) improve the quality of Onyx Drive-In and Deerhead Lake Ranger fliers, to reduce jank.

1.4 update
Added my version of ONYX Drive-In Theater flier.

Added "Waverly Hills Sanatorium, a relic of bygone era" newspaper page. This one is a bit different, because I've added an actual article that you can read in game. There's an attached screenshot you can see. Most of people will likely not pay attention to it, but I feel like adding a bit more random lore could be fun.
