The old Idea System has been completely reworked to make the mod more stable, and less laggy.
The old GUI has been replaced with two new windows, one for the National Policies (22 in total split in for categories, with the possibility of choosing a new one every 4 years) and the other for the Military Doctrines; the previous Military Ideas have been converted into doctrines, which can be unlocked through Military Experience, which can be made in various ways.
Infamy generation from states has been lowered.
Some food obsessions have been removed in order to stop famines at the game start.
Ai countries will now tend to be aggressive against countries that can be reached by them.
A new building, the Research Center, has been added, and its purpose is to replace university research.
Greener Grass Campaign and Enlistment Efforts have been nerfed, and Industrialize at any cost has been converted into a Economic Policy.
in_default malus now gives a -99% malus on both offense and defense.
A new decision has been added.
