All the economic laws have been overhauled.
Added State Capitalism.
Base construction has been doubled, and small countries can now declare more interests.
It's now possible to intervene in a war at the cost of 40 infamy, if the player is joining the aggressor, or for free if the player is joining the defender.
It's now possible to add a wargoal in a ongoing war, with the limit of one wargoal per year.
Free-Speech, Internal Security and Citizenship laws have been changed to better reflect the hardships of cultural integration.
It's now possible to transfer money without the "Central Banking" invention.
Added unique PMs to Rice fields, Gold Mines, Fertilizer Plants, Cotton, Sugar and Banana Plantations.
Added a new technology.
Army laws have been changed, and because of that units now need double the amount of experience to raise their veterancy level.
The "Infamy from population multiplier" has been reduced to 40 (from 50).
Florida and Veneziana have been merged into the "Compagnia delle Indie Occidentali".
New starting technologies have been added to Oman, Kmer Empire, Great Cahokia, New Granada, Dakota, Alba Nuadh, Vestrland, Anahuac, Maya and Nova Hispania.
San Marino now starts with Professional Army.
The flag of the Portuguese East India Company has been changed.
The VOC borders have been expanded.
Fixed some Localization typos and other minor bug.

- Thanks to Honey Badger's approval, University Inventions has been fully integrated into Project Variety; The mod introduces over 60 new technologies and unique production methods (PMs), significantly enhancing the output of various buildings. I have personally undertaken the task of rebalancing all the newly introduced PMs to improve profitability. Additionally, I revised most of the PMs in the base game, resulting in many buildings becoming less profitable under standard conditions. Consequently, players will now need to specialize in the production of specific goods and depend more heavily on trade to increase their profits.
- It is now possible to transfer currency to other nations.
- It is not possible anymore for both players and ai to support unconditionally a nation in a diplomatic play.
- Added two new technologies.
- The various Idea modifiers have been progressively merged to optimize them and reduce late-game lag...
