fixed "imperial" skin on t3b

- Switched out T3B model from the New Order Mod to Thrawns Revenge, fixing the pose parameter issue in the process
- Remastered T4B, with new track textures, and fixed the pose parameter problem.
- Hopefully fixed the T1B and T2B's pose parameter problems.
- I worked on the T5B but forgot what I did, oops.

as always let me know if you come across any issues!

made the t5b able to aim a bit higher

initial bug fixes, everything digger told me about except the sight issue, that's an issue with how i set up the pose parameters on the tanks, and I forgot how to do pose parameters because i started with project like, a year ago.
so that'll be fixed eventually. just don't zoom in, you'll definitely miss.
