Updated the mod to include an optional setting requiring residents to use the player's bait to start fishing. This can be toggled in the configuration file.

モッドを更新し、住人が釣りを開始する際にプレイヤーの餌を使用するオプション設定を追加しました。この設定は設定ファイルで切り替えることができます。

更新了模组，新增了一个可选设置，要求居民在开始钓鱼时使用玩家的鱼饵。此设置可以在配置文件中切换。
