Firework Battery Update Changelog

Fixes

Edict Limit Handling

- Implemented logic to handle scenarios where the edict limit is approached.
- Rockets and flares gracefully skip their logic if they cannot spawn due to edict limits.

Fail-Safe Removal

Added fail-safe timers to ensure proper cleanup of entities:

  • Rockets are automatically removed after 30 seconds, regardless of their state.
  • Flares are removed after their lifetime expires, with an additional 5-second buffer.

New Feature

Dynamic Light Range Management

Introduced DynamicLightRange to restrict dynamic light and explosion effects to players within a set distance.

New Firework Controller SWEP
- Bind/Unbind Firework Batteries: Easily manage multiple Firework Batteries by left-clicking on them with the controller SWEP to bind or unbind them.
- Remote Activation/Deactivation: Activate or deactivate all bound Firework Batteries remotely with the right-click function, enabling synchronized firework shows without needing to approach each battery.
