Adds support for the encounters to spawn in the Immortal Empires Expanded campaign mod.

Updated faction data to patch 6.2 including incorporating any changes and updates from all supported mods. No new mods have been added for now.

In addition, removed the spawn location in the narrow lane between Sabre Mountain and Icespewer settlements.

Update faction data for patch 6.1 including changes from mods like how the Skaven Clans mod re-uploaded themselves with a new mod file name. Same thing applies to the Skaven Esoterica mod as well.

Bumped up and doubled the dilemma experience and treasury rewards after an encounter battle.

Add new MCT options to select/unselect individual factions for the system to generate random encounter forces.

Removed support for Southern Realms, Marienburg, Dynasty of the Damned, Jade-Blooded Vampires, Nagash, Albion, Araby, Dread Kings and Fimir custom factions from their respective mods due to being unable to be properly spawned in as an invasion force. Mostly due to needing to mess around with startpos. If I choose to have them be included into existing vanilla factions, their lords and heroes gets all messed up and glitchy so I opted to remove their support entirely.

Finalized usage of weights when selecting the unit type to add to the encounter force.

Fixed bugs where the encounter force would sometimes not spawn and their lords and heroes sometimes not getting their skills.

Finalized support for all supported mods so that custom factions can be selected individually as their own encounter forces. This also removes support for OVN's Grudgebringers because it would seem weird to fight Bernhardt and his units every single time you roll for his faction.

Added a "Basic Progressive Difficulty" MCT option.

Also nerfed the original mod's code so that it does not give 8000 treasury to A.I. armies triggering the land encounters every time and also reduced the chance of them being given a random ancillary from 100% to 10%.
