-added ability to use transport teleportation on friendly NPCs
-added convar 'tvman_friendly_only_lens' for server owner to adjust whether or not lens can be provided to just friendly NPCs or all NPCs
-instructive graphical indicator for providing lens will now only show up on NPCs that are able to receive lens
