Kikado Moray - キカドウツボ (Kikadō Utsubo)

Changed certain values of fish to be more expensive relative to their rarity (Rainbow fish is now 72,000 value, as its only a 0.005 chance to catch)

魚の価値を、その希少性に応じてより高価になるように変更しました。（レインボーフィッシュは捕獲確率が0.005%であるため、現在の価値は72,000に設定されています）
