New weapon: RPG for soldier (has no reload animation and icon)

stats:

+20% damage bonus

+20% damage to self

+20% blast radius

+40% projectile speed

-75% clip size

-no random critical hits (maybe)

A new Leadpipe model that solves all the problems I've been struggling with.
It now fully fixes first and third person animations, howewer it still has wrong icon.

Removed missing icons for Kanopy Killer, however it has incorrect icon
(so focus on the names of the weapons, especially heavy's hammer and leadpipe) (WIP)

New weapon: Crowbar for every class (except spy and engineer)

Scout's Kanopy Killer (a.k.a SPAS12) has been nerfed, it NOW deals less damage + new shot sounds

New Stats for Scout's SPAS-12

+ clip size has been increased for 7 to 8

+ this weapon deploys faster +20%

-This weapon has less bullet spread (not as much as before)

-All weird weapons that have weird mechanics (or duplicate existing weapons) have been removed

-Sniper Viewfinder now has the correct name

-The Scout's Shotgun was replaced with the "Kanopy Killer" or "SPAS-12" (but without the icon)
(This weapon model was made by Sparkwire and Svdl)

Leadpipe has been renamed from "Heavvy's hammer" to "Leadpipe" and the hand doesn't look broken.

However the weapon is still invisible in firstperson :( (WIP)
