fixed recruitment of sorcerers of life
fixed grimoires and books not counting towards victory condition
fixed diplomatic manipulation not counting towards Changing of Ways victory condition
dilemma triggered after occupying first settlement now peaces you out of both wars
region "Port of Secrets" now doesn't trigger above mentioned dilemma

altered victory conditions, now for short victory you need 3 books, for long one you would need 6, new start required, sorry
