General Changes:

Assassin weapons have their cooldown time listed in their description, along with the time of debuffs
Throwing Knife decrafts proportionally with Shimmer Knife

Accessory Changes:

Shadowflame Ring now increases assassin damge by 15% instead of 10%, and makes throwing weapons inflict shadowflame
Traveler's bag now throws an extra projectile every 10th shot

Armor Changes:

Deep Armor gives flipper effect and doubles underwater breath capacity
Deep Armor's chestplate now gives 10% assassin cooldown reduction
Deep Armor's set bonus now causes a slash to hit enemies critically struck
Silk Armor's set bonus now gives 5% assassin cooldown reduction

Weapon Stat Changes:

Hydro Mesanglyon
UseTime decreased to 27 and added a reuse delay of 7. This means the animation itself is faster, but the weapon's speed is about the same. This makes it easier to aim, along with giving the released projectile 3 extra updates per frame.
Damage increased from 32 to 48
