-Nerfed the amount of regained inspiration from Ring of Rest by roughly 80%. This makes burst attacks still return lots of inpsiration but makes continuous attacks reduce the amount gained, just enough to be able to run out of inspiration still.
-Buffed Abso-Lute, damage and attack speed increased, hit rate and consistency improved.
