Add placeholder minimized icon

This just sets a placeholder model for situations like if you minimize Ponder before you actually enter a storyboard.

Fix up example storyboards somewhat

These storyboards still need to have localization strings added and given a better in-game appearance, but at least now they won't be straight up erroring.
