Very slight nerf to item spawn rate in buildings.
Car and Zombie item spawn rate stays the same.

Changes to Withdrawals. Thank you Five Guys One Cup for the suggestions.

Will now LOSE traits if drug is not done for 18-20 days. (Was 25-30)
Tier 1 withdrawals are the same.
Tier 2 withdrawals are now the worse withdrawals. (Around 5-6 days in)
Tier 3 withdrawals are the mildest now. (Around 10 days in)

Slight buff to spawn rate for Narcotics in Cars and on Zombies.
Slight nerf to Narcotics spawn rate for everywhere else.

Spliffs and Cannagars able to be made.
Narcotics can spawn in Wallets and Bags now.
Can make lines of Meth on a Mirror.

Better tooltips on Weed Jars, Hangover Moodle, and Traits.
The Drug Hangover effect has been increased. It's not longer (it's only 20 minutes in game) just add more +Fatigue, -Endurance, +Boredom, +Unhappyness, +Discomfort.

Will get empty jar not empty lid with Weed Jar's deplete now.
