Changed global unhappiness to 0.55 per population, up from 0.45 but still down from the normal 0.75

Increased (again) the AI's desire to go for affinity techs.

Adjusted AI desire to choose techs that grant affinity. Now they are more likely to pick those techs earlier in game.

Boosts research times to 400%. Up from 300%.

This is the stable version of the game. The update includes:

-Game speed called Historic found in advanced setup.
-Changes unhappiness per population to 0.45/pop. Down from 0.75/pop
-adds one health to Cytonursery, Recycler, Old Earth Relic and Observatory to counteract the runaway negative health from fast population growth and very slow research times.
