Added a new option for difficulty. You now can control the amount of stat boosts the enemy gets. The default is Hardest, that is the same as when Boost Stats was enabled previously. Restart after applying this option.

Added an incentive for AI to throw smokes at allies threatened by OW, and throw explosives/flash at enemies with a Prepared Attack

Sligthly changed grenade distribution

Removed some policies related to saving AP, as that seems to make enemies not perform actions in some cases

Tweaked the Sniper archetype

Enemies can enter shooting stance as an end of turn action if they have enough AP

MGs will try to get a little closer to use MG Setup

Lowered the chance of enemies using Mobile attacks from a long distance

Fixed a vanilla function used to calc AOE zones for the AI. AI will be able to throw grenades even when it starts its turn further away from enemies. The same function may improve the ability of the AI to use Overwatch.
