- Charge rate boosted significantly when a statue in daylight and slightly while a statue at night.
I don't feel it's right to have to sit around for too long to charge up in daylight like this, and at night it doesn't really feel like it's even an option right now (although it's not really intended to be, but it should at least have a niche).

- Added new configs to further tweak affinity behaviour and buff/debuff modifier amounts.

** Changes **
- Orb default lifespan increased from 12sec to 30sec.
- Radiant Charge speed reduced from 200 to 160.
- Radiant Charge damage taken multiplier buffed from 35% to 30%.
- Light Orbs will no longer cut grass or hurt critters.
- The potency of the Drained effect has been reduced slightly.
- Light Affinity works a bit differently now.
You gain charge by exposing yourself to sunlight, or moonlight while you're a statue.
You can gain more max charge time by being a statue, and doing so in daylight charges very quickly.
Exposing yourself to moonlight with no charge immediately drains you.
Underground or behind background walls, you can't gain charge but won't be immediately drained if it's night.
