-Vanilla item rework: Socks - Heavy: now has a plaid texture, replacing the blend vanilla ones. 6 colours.

-New items: non-stirrup cotton tights and knitted tights. Use context menu options to adjust and switch between appearances. New items can be found on zombies, in containers and loot boxes.

-Renamed old tights to stirrup tights.

-Fixed insulation and protection stats for certain items.

-If it did not before, Cotton Hot Pants now has an icon.

-Massively reduced spawn rates for all loot boxes. This is done in preparation for Frockin Splendor! Epilogue, where a large number of zombie outfits will be introduced.

-Reduced protection stats for most items to be in line with vanilla cotton clothing, fixed clothing items being easily destroyed when attacked by zombies.

-Fixed Cotton Waistcoat, Cotton Waistcoat (Double Breasted) and their random colour variants using B42-exclusive clothing slot in B41, causing an error.

-Adjusted protection stats for most items so that they no longer easily break when damaged.

-New tech from Frockin Splendor! Volume 3 to allow items to spawn in container, or "gift boxes", within container. This allows modded items and their many variants to spawn in greater quantity without crowding out the loot tables.
-General spawn rates are lowered to compensate.

-Planned: shirts overhaul, significant enough to warrant a possible spin-off mod.

- Fixed cotton hot pants' bodylocation issue for B41.
- Fixed rogue pixels on the long socks retexture.
