Fix to pnk harpoons

YJ-83 got new texture. AGM-88G AARGM-ER gets added. F-14E got fuel buff and radar buff, now is much closer to the real ST21 in those two areas. All Harpoons are now based on real ones instead of the fictional that were before, AGM-84K SLAM-ER gets added. AIM-174B losses its ability to target ships and gets correct mass. Including more!

HQ-16 patch

New liveries for the chinese aircraft. F-14E got reworked leading edge gloves and original F-14 livery is back. New textures for AIM-120, AIM-9X, AIM-54 and new AIM-174B thanks to nuclearstonk. The S-3B Viking and EA-6B are now added, with the EA-6B replacing the EF-14D Howler. The JMSDF also now gets the F-14E in 4 new variants, along with more JMSDF S-3B, EA-6B and E-2D. The JMSDF also gets the Shokaku-class (Late) variant with improved radar and ESSM. The JMSDF gets a new carrier the Yamato-class which is a CVN. United States-class Island is reworked. All 3 carriers also get enlarged flags to show their patriotism! A Chinese Slava-class gets added, the Type 1164E courtesy of wryipadgjlzcbmqetuosfhkxvn. The Type 054B gets added, thanks to FTC. The Ka-28 Helix-A gets added to all Chinese Vessels. Ticonderoga (VLS) gets reworked. A-6G Intruder also gets its original livery back. Two new SSNs for the JMSDF gets added, the Unryu-class and Zuiho-class, both get the Type 89 torpedo. The Soviets gets a new destroyer, the Udaloy III. With much more also being added/fixed.

AIM-120B gets replaced by the AIM-120C. Typos fixed
