- Added starting items for new tailor occupation.
- Changed some of the starting items for electrician, engineer and fitness instructor.
- Changed some starting items to now spawn in an occupation relevant container, such as doctor and nurse items being in a first aid kit.

Fixed using incorrect ID for athlete water bottle starting item

Updated code so that the list of starting items in game is built off of the item ID lists rather than a hard coded description list, this means it should now be translated for every language

- For blacksmith swapped tongs with metalworking pliers and added metalworking punch
- For mason swapped whetstone with masonry trowel
- For tailor added an extra thread and tweezers

- Added starting items for the Mar's Vanilla-Like Traits and Occupations mod
- Readded stolen valuables spawning in the burglar's duffel bag
- Removed the burglar's balaclava starting item (it was already a clothing option in character creation for burglars)
