The long waited M-BALL update has FINALLY arrived!

+Ultra has been reworked! M-Ball will bring out the LOIC (Low-Orbit Ion Cannon) and aim at someone then fire!
+New Shield Broken method has been implemented
+MBall can now interact with a few characters throughout future releases, notably Cassidy and Stone (Coming soon)! This occurs during the beginning of the match and/or taunting at them! (THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL. REPORT THE BUGS ON THE KAITO HAYASHI COMMUNITY SERVER.)
+Jab has been upgraded instead of just impaling with a sword now! Press Special to use the alternative jab!
+Jab 1 execution window increased (5-10 > 5-12)
+STilt now has a combo hit by Attack
+DTilt now has combo hits if Special, Attack or Down is pressed correspondingly
+NSpecial is now a tri-shot!
+DSpecial counter now has an additional hit if the player is pressing Attack or Up at a small input window
+UAir now has plasma shots from above but short ranged
+Defense Multiplier increased (1.8x > 1.875x)
+NSpecial no longer slips out of floors

~LAP (Legally Adopted Projectiles) has been implemented. Creators can now have their characters interact with M-Ball with Z_MBALL as his tag!
