Fixed Aerial summon bone

Fixed some grammar errors in the Codex

Papyrus now has a Codex to explain some moves and his bone mechanic.
Super Copter has been changed
Stab up was "reworked"

-Going disbelief now gives 1 permanent bone( aka all moves that cost 1 bones are free)
-[Stop believing] while grounded now costs 6 meter, while the knockdown version costs 5
-GasterBlaster costs 2 bones.
(Idk why i didnt think of this before, thanks to Caesar on the yomi modding discord for giving the idea. Hopefully this adds more purpose to the install while still keeping it relatively balanced)

Gonna be messing around with him a bit to see if i can make his early game a tad better.

- Changed some misc stuff with disbelief
