cool character, the balancing is a little wonky but the Stop Believing thing genuinely caught me offguard the first time i saw it lmao. you should make SPECIAL ATTACK by BenyiC03 a theme for phase 2. (https://soundcloud.com/benyic03/special-attack-a-papyrus-genocide-battle-theme)

you trigger disbelief by being half hp or less and having 6 meter (5 meter if you use it whilst knocked down)

Character is incredibly fun to play and the many uses of summon bone keeps him fresh at all times. It's simple, balanced and very entertaining. :cupup::stimulation:
