-ACTUALLY fixed world model hand positioning now
-Fixed physics of world model
-Muzzle flash and ejected brass now emit from the correct positions in third person

-Somewhat fixed the world model positioning. Properly attached to hand but not quite sitting right. I don't understand world models :(

-Fixed missing textures. Added all optic materials since I couldn't pin-point the exact one being used for this sight.
