Reduced the speed at which Artie Vehicle ethanol degrades by 1/3.
Fixed a problem with Artie Pickle and Artie Final spawning on wrecked ships.
Artie Fact drop rate increased from 2% to 3%.
Increased Sprayer spawn rate very slightly(?).
Increased speed of CofA increase.
