Fixed the damned Tooltip typo. Really, it's annoying I actually fixed this before I uploaded last time, but then uploaded the older version (I keep a backup when tweaking mods just in case)

In order to provide a reason for players to want to wear underclothing (suggested by Rex87), I experimented with different options until settling on one that both made sense, and wasn't too gamey.

Added

- New Script

Added a script patch to underclothing in game. This script allows underclothes to provide a measure of comfort. Underclothing can negate a modicum of the discomfort that some other items add when worn over time.

-Tooltips

Added tooltips to provide information on how comfortable given underclothes are, given that the discomfort bar does not work both ways :P

fudged the new update. Forgot I was experimenting. Accidentally uploaded a WIP of a version that adds a new feature. This WIP currently has issues I'm working so, so yeah. Re-uploaded the previous version, but with the modinfo fix.

Updated the mod info to include additional information given B42 has the facility to present that information in the mod list.
