Bug fixes

Adjusted ActionTimes for SSO and vanilla to be the same apart from lighting

Keybind will now use all vanilla smokables
rolled - > regular -> cigarillo -> cigar -> can -> pipe

Adjusted how Tags were added to headgear (if you have any headgear get deleted sorry! It shouldn't happen again now, the items were being improperly edited)

Another round of fixes

More tweaks to puffing to make it properly reset and queue, way more stable and functions way smoother now.

Reverted the slower smoking animation for SSO, it doesn't line the audio up when holding the puff key but visually is a lot better now
-There is a delay to take another seperate puff until the SSO audio is done to avoid clipping

More code base clean up

Balancing tweaks to nicotine system

Added caps like stressFromCigs for boredom and unhappiness

Added endurance factor to scale addiction loss (exhausting your character will incease addiction decay)

Revert logic for take puff to forcefully cancel action, this should be more compatible with edge cases. Downside is this won't retain queuing actions while puffing

Added some more debug text to the moodles
