Recently, there has been significant incompatibility between Vehicle Map Framework and various random mods. This usually manifested itself in the form of being unable to move during drafts, but the cause was that the project was compiled using Harmony's Current folder, which is now Harmony for 1.6. I have now reset the references and updated to the recompiled version. I apologize for the inconvenience.
