-Fixed Advisor being incredibly tanky in Revengeance or higher. This was caused by broken behavior regarding its defense calculation. It should now be fixed. How it was supposed to work was it was supposed to double Advisor's defense when using certain attacks, but it led to its defense continuously getting multiplied.
-Fixed bosses dropping twice the amount of master mode relics in Eternity+Revengeance.

-Added Boss Rush support. Though, keep in mind that this is a bit of a W.I.P. still so feel free to report bugs.

Known Issues related to Boss Rush:
-Big Bone can spawn with more heads than intended. (Though, might keep this as a boss rush exclusive change...)
-Orro-Boro Phase 1 sometimes spawn lacking segments.
-Game can crash if a boss that requires a structure were spawned in a world where said structure did not generate. If it doesn't crash, it soft locks the player so bear this in mind!

-Added Consolaria Support. This also includes some enemies from the mod as supposed to just the bosses.
-Added an option to disable defense damage support.
-Improved Big Bone's AI changes, they now have proper Revengeance and Eternity AI changes.
