Several air vehicles have been added. Mainly:

- C-130, for the government
- S&R AS350, for the emergency services
- A10C, for the rebels

Changed:

- Icons in SWAT Barrack;
- Icons in Police Garage;
- Added the ability to "revive" a broken vehicle;
- From the sheriff helicopter, shooters who can open fire are now visible;
- From the police helicopter, shooters who can open fire are now visible;

Also, some bugs and shortcomings were fixed.

- Container economy has been changed. Resources are mined 10 times faster than before;

Changed:

- Added 2nd level of Civilian Garage, allowing to spawn Rebels;
- Added 3rd level of Civilian Garage, allowing to spawn Rebel vehicles;
- Added 4th level of Civilian Garage, allowing to spawn Rebel heavy vehicles;

- Added new soldiers;
- Added new vehicles;

- All engineers are given the ability to destroy buildings, vehicles and units;
- Government and Civilian engineers are given the ability to build sandbags;

- Limits have been introduced for the construction of containers for civilians;

- Zombies no longer appear in place of the body.

- Changed HP of the Boat with a machine gun: 2000 -> 200;
- Police engineer can now build helipads;
- FBI MCC can now spawn a reconnaissance drone;
- Changed damage of the Boat with a machine gun: 70 -> 15;
- Set a limit on the number of submarine spawns;
- Set a limit on the number of civilian garages: 2;
- Changed the radius of the boats:
Civilians: 900 -> 12;
With a machine gun: 900 -> 12;
Police: 900 -> 12;
