Made some balance changes to Giant Brain From Outer Space genes.
Visual Spectrum and Ultraviolet eyebeams now have archite costs to create and metabolic costs.
Ultraviolet eyebeams removed from small giant brains from outer space. You shouldn't be able to get that weapon without first having faced it.

Fixes to shipheart storing and creation. There is currently an outstanding issue where created heartseeds will be immediately banked.
