Added AK-19 and did some balance changes to some recoils and damages, mainly the shotgun category.

Maintenance update

Shotgun ammo attachment fixes and a new ammotype, now less-than-lethal rounds are only available on pump actions and not semi-autos due to them not ever being able to cycle in semi-autos.

Added one new weapon variant (Uzi .45) and made a bunch of balancing tweaks to guns, ammo types, and made a couple new attachments.

A balancing pass on the entire shotgun category also rebalancing most of the ammo type attachments.

Some minor rebalancing and a .223 Remington ammo type attachment for CIVILIAN category 5.56x45mm weapons.

Large amounts of rebalancing and touch ups and a new variant or two.
