Changes

+ Added chalkboard (blackboard) in school classroom (spawn) from the documentary.

+ Added water leaking from pipes, similar from the original documentary.

+ Added original floor tile texture inside school classroom (spawn) like the documentary.

+ Higher quality fire particle instead of plain fire.
