Add Fargos DLC Recipe Changes When Disabled

For those who dislike the Calamity Balance changes/Eternity-Revengeance, this will just add all (excluding brand of the brimstone witch) recipe changes to the Soul of Eternity.

Also updated Entropy version because apparently EntropyUtils was renamed to EntropyUtilities causing an error.

Fixed bug where mod wouldn't load when Calamity was disabled (thanks @笨蛋Ace)

Fixed Colossus soul not working when Calamity Entropy was disabled

Also, yes I am aware that Shogun Armor gives wings effect when equipped and no this will not be implemented because this set bonus is far beyond my comprehension but mainly doesn't work because it's all based off the chestplate(meaning any chestplate besides shogun or none(which also doesn't display wings) will just completely freeze when trying to fly)
Also note: The sprites are from the Community Souls Expansion Mod but there was more than a few things I didn't like ex: new thorium enchantment sprites, shogun enchantment not working, divine/emptiness enchantment using 3 items each that provided mostly cosmetic effects, etc. Not saying this is a bad mod by any means, I just preferred some things for my mod.


Also fixed Ice Lance being used 300 times in Icy Enchantment even though it isn't even stackable (Thanks Great Gamer)

Fixed bug where Spirit Band was used in Titan Enchantment even though it is currently unobtainable. (Thanks @Краб Теодор)
