finally.

Update: 12 Mar @ 2:47am

remade the viewmodel hands with sources

an uncompressed beta viewmodel is in the weapon viewmodel textures for both "v_[x]grenadeAC" files with very blatant dev textures left behind - there's UV remains all over it, and "PALM" written on it for some reason [probably because of how obviously sketched it is, thus "hey guys finalize this"] and i tried to fix it the best i could
i also took to compressing it the same way as gordon's body textures, but if it's asked for enough i might undo this and make it less compressed because i admit it doesn't look the best [even if it is consistent]

originally, it was just taken straight from the VCC wiki[vcc.wiki] because i thought i'd have to go find the repo to get it uncompressed until i found a gamebanana addon that pointed out the exact location, so thanks to JosephtheKP[gamebanana.com]

Update: 10 Mar @ 1:18am

added resistance soldiers
1/5

Update: 9 Mar @ 7:59pm

replaced holographic team hands with recolored HEV hands so that they don't make HDR maps incredibly dark

Update: 9 Mar @ 4:06am

team color viewmodels added, uses a pulsating glow effect that reflects how pickups looked on the original xbox port and to reflect the whole "hologram" thing
this may or may not be temporary since the default hands look kind of terrible, even for the time; if they end up getting replaced, the altered VMTs will be saved as an "_alt" in the files because i do like them regardless

also includes combine soldiers - was originally gonna hold it until a huge release with all units, but i thought it'd be better all at once just to show the capabilities and so i can take pictures for a proof of concept later

Update: 7 Mar @ 4:14am

minor change of addon scope - instead of mashing phong and envmapping together, which is way out of my range and looked ugly when i tried it, it'll just be bringing the current textures to current hl2 standards as much as possible

this includes gordon's viewmodel, worldmodel, the hev suit item, and the shoulder insignia
the insignia don't seem to have a difference, but their phong values are consistent with the hev viewmodel, trust me
